what a fab hotel/apartment. apartment was huge with 2 good sized bedrooms, large bathroom with a spa bath and seperate shower, well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washer/dryer, fridge freezer and a large mini bar selection. apartment was really clean and well serviced everyday. the hotel staff were very pleasent and helpful. and to top it all off the hotel was in a great location on north terrace

I was very impressed with the Oaks Horizons and would recommend it to people. I'd love to come back with my family and stay there again. It's in an ideal location and is clean and comfortable, also pleased that I was allowed to store my bag after checkout as I didn't have to catch my plane until 6 in the evening. A very nice place to stay in a lovely city.

We enjoyed our stay at Oaks Horizon. Great value for money. Everything we required. Appreciated the washer/dryer and the dishwasher.The gym and pool facility excellent The public transport was readily available and it was easy walking distance to a covenience store and ATM. Staff were helpful at all times.

Lifts were a bit confusing initially. One bulb in the bedhead didnt work. No remote control for TV in bedroom. Otherwise no problems.

Great faciliites and really lovely staff... however we were a little upset when one of the cleaning staff got annoyed because we had used the service lift( but there was no way of knowiing )however the hotel is excellent I have already 2 friends who have made reservations on my recommendation. Such a fantastic, comfortable homely feel to the room yet so modern, great ambience

We were quite disappointed with the view of the carpark. The room hadn't finished being stocked when we checked in. The tea and coffee facilities were not restocked during our 5 day stay expect for the day we were leaving. Despite being a non smoking room, the room smelt very badly of cigarettes on our arrival.
