Sad to note that but overall our stay was fine and would not mind coming back.

Though we called up from airport and informed of tye delay, it took quite a while for someone to answer the door when we arrived. Then , the room allocated to us turned out to be occupied when we went up with all our baggage. The staff who attended to us did not have a clue where the rest of the keys were. Finally we had to come go up one more floor with all our bags ( 07 pieces) all over again. This process too almost 45 minutes and is by no means acceptable to me as we were a family with 02 kids wh had travelled almost +12hrs to get there. I think that facilities like mini safe should be a free service.

It was small, only to be used as a "sleep over" type of accommodation, not really good for long term or "rainy days" (if you had to stay in doors. No good for kids. Otherwise, it was fine. A gym or pool would be good, but you get what you pay for i guess!
