in addition, ... the hotel is located in new dubai area which is another "city" that is still in construction/development and most facilities such as shopping malls and eating out places (not many choices) are not within minutes of walking distance. However, the hotel do provide a list of home delivery from some nearby restaurants which provide pretty good food. One will definitely need a transport to move around the area.
the hotel is definitely nearer to the emirates mall where the hotel provides (on the house) a daily drop off at 11am and 4pm. The hotel is also within walking distance to the famous jumeirah beach.
