carefree and better room rate at Holiday city

I previously call myself to the hotel but they give me higher rate for the room. I was worry that by booking through internet might cause trouble by the time I get there (such as : no booking record/ no available room, etc), but everything went very well. They welcome me and show clear record of my booking status. No worries! The staffs are also very helpful and give me many valuable information to make my business stay more fun. This hotel sure know how to mix business with pleasure. Good work Novotel!
