The tour to the Great Wall and Ming Tours that was booked for us was excellent. On the other hand, unlike other hotels we used, we couldn't book rail tickets through Novotel Xin Jiao Beijing. We had trouble getting the basin plug fixed. We were offered another room, but it was substandard. We were then put in an upgraded room - but then the receptionist initially wanted to charge us more for it!

The bed was just not comfortable, too hard, and good thing i was there during the summer because the shower can not keep you warm where the stream was too weak
