A top sheet on the bed should be standard! Only a comforter was on the bed and I was told this was standard procedure. Guests should not be sleeping with the same bedding as the previous guests! Also, a guest should be allowed to use the mini fridge in the room for their own items, it wouldnt cost the hotel anything. The sign in the fridge indicates personal items will be removed.
