I feel I should have been told. One of the reasons that I chose to stay in the novatel was the factthat they had a pool. there were a lot of young people staying in the hotel that week I was staying and,as a mother of one of them, they were very disappointed about the lack of pool. I felt that we could have utilised one of the other Acord Hotels Pools on Darling Harbour, but was informed that this option was not available.
