The Novotel Darling Harbour is a first class hotel with very friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, extremely helpful concierge service and a very pleasant restaurant. The hotel is well located with easy access to all Sydney's major transportation systems. Thanks to the well designed booking system our room was ready upon arrival at 9.00am after a 15 hour flight from Canada. A great Australian welcome for extremely tired travellers. Thanks to Novotel and it's staff we had a great week in Sydney.

We are in accommodation ourselves, and felt the $249.00 per night, plus parking, plus no breakfast a bit much. Nice room, nice view, bathroom lest a lot to be desired.

I understood that breakfast was included but we had to pay extra. Also charging extra for parking is unacceptable in my opinion, (although we were not charged due to the breakfast fiascoe). Some mould on bathroom tiles

The location of this hotel is great. But the service need to improve. The staff need should give the information to the guest correctly.

Better decsciption of room is needed, as it stated we had a balcony with water views, thats why we booked, and we had a shared balcony with no water in sight only the city. we wanted a room with water views thats why we had booked that room, so we were dissapointed in that regard as it was for a special occasion.

Disappointed that the pool was shut due to renovations. I feel I should have been told. One of the reasons that I chose to stay in the novatel was the factthat they had a pool. there were a lot of young people staying in the hotel that week I was staying and,as a mother of one of them, they were very disappointed about the lack of pool. I felt that we could have utilised one of the other Acord Hotels Pools on Darling Harbour, but was informed that this option was not available.
