the location of this hotel is good for transit for 1 night / early flight stay. but with such high price, it's better to consider others 2-3 stars hotel within airport vicinity and offer free shuttle.

We had a "layover" in Bangkok coming to the USA from Kathmandy, Nepal, which made it necessary to spend the night. We were so pleased to find your beautiful hotel, decorated for Christmas. It really warmed our hearts. Actually, walking into the lobby actually took our breath away, it was so beautiful and clean! We had spent 18 month in Kathmandu so this was really a treat for us.

The service was EXCELLENT. We LOVED the comfortable bed and the room was so tastefully decorated and spacious for our needs.

Our flight was delayed the next day an extra 5 hours so we had a late check out, which we really appreciated, then we sat in the lobby and just relaxed.

A continental breakfast would have been nice....actually, we took your FREE shuttle to the airport and ate breakfast and lunch there, then returned to the hotel as we felt the food prices at your hotel were WAY above our means....2-3 times higher than the airport!!

We will definitely recommend your comfortable, convenient and beautiful hotel to our other frineds making the same connections from KMD to LAX....just eat at the airport!

My husband and I stayed at the Novotel Suvarnabhumi as we had to catch a very early flight to Canada the next morning. Check-in could have been much quicker and more friendly. Staff were also very slow to bring our bags to our room. However, the rooms was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The price was expensive considering we were only in our room for 5.5 hours, but it was considered an overnight rate. I assume we paid for the convenience of being close to the airport. We did not get a chance to use any of the hotel amenities, but the lobby/entrance was gorgeous.

I would recommend this hotel for people who are catching a flight the following day.

The hotel was a nice surprise to me as I did not expect to have such a large comfortable place to stay at the hotel which is primarely target for short stopovers.. close to the airport. The ambience and especially SPA is magnificent. The room very large and nice. It could have been cleaner (the floor) but overall it was great. It would be good to see some shops in the hotel considering the position (isolated) that sell souvenirs and other good including reasonable priced convenience shop.

Classy facility, great food and service, reasonable prices. It has free shuttle service to the airport.We were impressed. This is obviously a new facility (Oct. 2006) that easily fills any 5 star standard. Top of the line room, amenities and service.

Because the walkway to the airport wasn't finished yet the hotel provided excellent shuttle service. Although several hotels where we stayed including this one had windows between the bathroom and the bedroom, I found it irritating.

The only suggestion I can make to improve our experience is info regarding the shuttle service - i.e. go to gate 5 exit and shuttle service will be in place for you. (We were not aware of this until we arrived and sort of stumbled across it.) It was very impressive as sson as we walked in and wished we had a longer stay

The location was difficult to find, and the hotel was not signposted well from the airport. It was also expensive, which i expect will change once other hotels open in the area. Excellent hotel, beautifully furnished, very quiet and comfortable.

i had booked a king size room but they had none avalable, so i had a twin room, but they charged me 2000 baht extra for my freind to stay, i feel this is not right has i had 2 beds anyway the room was nice, but the water temp went from too hot to too cold every few seconds
