EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. We did however complain to reception on 3 occasions. Air conditioning failure. Poor in house maintainence of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical services. I mannage a small maintainence co. in Sydney. and have a simple yet affective maintainence program that troubleshoots all services for industrial, commercial, residential and retail. Your in house TV/VIDEO/DVD reception not satisfactory and your hot and cold water delivery to bathing facillities needs complete overhaul.
