Price disparity My colleague stayed at the same hotel on 26 & 27 Sep which was booked via travel agent and got the room at only S$180 nett inclusive of breakfast while I have paid a much higher rate without any breakfast. It is even more frusturating when my booking was supposed to be considered hot deals which are not entitled for any changes. 2. Uncomfortable mattress Everything about the hotel is fine except for the uncomfortable mattress. It is too hard that I woke up feeling backache every morning. Hope that the hotel can provide a more comfortable and soft mattress, as having a good night sleep is the most important thing for hotel booking.

Visited this hotal 3 times in 2 yrs. Lobby needs up grading though.
