The location is very good - all the excitiement that Darling Harbour has to offer is all at the doorstep!

I found the staff helpful and courteous and I really liked staying just opposite the entertainment centre where the Colour Conference was held.

The staff were courteous and helpful, including giving some information via email about the safety of the location at night for my reassurance. The housekeeping was excellent, thanks to Hazel.
The location was excellent for my purpose--a conference at Darling Harbour and then in the CBD.
The one meal I had at the restaurant attached to the hotel was overpriced and overcooked. The service was pleasant.
The view over the Chinese Gardens was absolutely lovely.
The room was a good size for one person--enough space to be able to work or relax. It would have been a little tight for 2.
Both keycards became demagnetised, which was slightly inconvenient.
I enjoyed my stay very much, thank you. Coming back to a clean, well-appointed room after each intense day helped me to make the most of my time at the conference.

Great Location, modern, and super convenient. Great for the money, only thing that is a bit anoying is that the bench in the Bathroom is too skiny to place all of your toiletries on.

Excellent value for money,Polite friendly service, a comfortable modern room, perfectly located near darling harbour, china town, and entertainment centre. Fabulous Location across the road from the Entertainment Centre. Room was nice and modern, Great Sized well lit bathroom with bathtub. There wasn't a hair dryer as stated, but that was the only minor thing. Great for the money and we will definitely come again.

Room service breakfast was $25.00 and consisted of one tiny sausage and 4three peices of bacon.

Good all round though our car came back from the valet parking with a small dent in the door. Lovely room and well-equiped bathroom with lots of products. Room and bed quite small though.

i was a little bit suprised that they do not provide tooth brush or slippers. but apart from that everything was excellent!.
