During my stay, the hotel renovation still in progress. We can say there no lobby at the moment because almost whole ground floor was closed for renovation with only a limited space for counter. But I think it will be getting better when renovation completed. The renovated room is clean, fomfortable bed and acceptable space for single or couple but no bathtub in the bathroom.

The room was very clean and suited my needs very well, I apreciate the HSI as it always works the on first try. I reserved my room online ( this was the first time I did it that way) and it was quick and easy, the staff is always very pleasant and they take the time to explain or answer questions.
The Trio is my usual stop for meals and as is the hotle staff all are very accomadating.
My only complait would be the lack of parking as a hotel guest, I understand the space issues but aagin it is sometimes difficult to find a spot. All in all I enjoyed my stay and is is close to all of my business needs as well as shopping and restaurant needs.
