I stayed at Novotel because I went to Java Jazz. It is near to the venue(PRJ Kemayoran). So it was a fairly great choice. I stayed at level 7. I was surprised when we first came in there was a door outside the lift on level 7 which i need to use my access card. That was great!! And due to the time of the java jazz ended every night, we had to go back around 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning. There were 3 to 4 people who's guarding the entire floor! I just felt super safe. That was one of the best thing that makes me wanna stay there again. Keep it up! Oh but there was one thing I wasn't sure of. I put some of my documents in the safe box. But every time I went back to the hotel, it was open. I was really sure that I locked it. Luckily it's just our flight ticket and not our passport. Other than that, I was really happy staying there. It was a nice hotel, nice bedroom and a big king sized bed for two people, great area!

This hotel is clean and great. The location is very near to shopping centre.

Please note that the Hotel serves pork upon request for breakfast buffet.

Utensils used mixed with the Halal food served because Non-Muslim guests may not be aware of Halal food and utensils requirements.

Saw guest asking for Pork from kitchen and using the tongs for other food from the buffet tray to shift the pork slices to add the food to his plate.

Please have separate section and utensils if hotel wants to serve Non-Halal food. Strictly no mixing should take place due to the sensitivities involved.
