Hotel location is very convenient, in between two major stations, St.Pancras international and Euston/Euston Square. We arrived from Paris by Eurostar and surprisingly, the hotel was only two blocks away from the station. The room is rather small, but it's just enough for us (2 adults and 1 aged child). The staff are friendly, especially the concierges, these people are willing to explain and help without rushing. The hotel's restaurant is ok, and we can find other restaurants/breakfast within the parameter. This hotel is recommended and we would go back to this hotel when travelling to London.

Stayed at Novotel on 18th & 19th May. Reception staff very friendly and efficient, offered to carry luggage. Had a good size, very clean room. Good location for us as we travelled to Euston by train. hotel 5 mins on foot. several tube stations nearby,but if reasonably fit you can walk around central London quite easily. Very pleaed overall, can't comment on food as we ate out but would stay there again. Derrick & Linda, Warrington, UK
