This Hotel went above and beyond with service, very eager to please. Would definatly stay there again.

The Room is quite Ok, location is great just next to pavillion shopping mall. The staff has been very helpful and friendly towards us. The internet service charge is too costly, also the printing is too expensive it costs $3.50 per copy!! The buffet breakfast is good and delicious.

The staff were all very courteous, each staff we met whether in the lobby, lift, passage way, at the entrance, at the pool they always greet us with a simle that really made us feel good.
The location of the hotel is also very convenient with the all the shopping centre and food around us.
The room are clean and comfortable
We surely had a pleasant stay

breakfast was wonderful each morning, and the staff would interact if given a chance. i also used the gym and the staff there were helpful to me, showed a 60 year old how to use the equipment. all in all we enjoyed our stay there and the cost was reasonable, thanks. lynda kendrick

The hotel service staff are polite and helpful.
Its location is conveniently sited.

We were very happy with the hotel. It was clean, with good facilities and meal options.

However, when we arrived 15 minutes before check in time (check-in is 2pm) our room was not ready. We understood this, as we were early, but we were not happy that it took until 2:45pm to prepare our room - 45 mins after the stated check-in time!!! Normally, one can arrive at a hotel well before check-in time and the room will still be ready! This really was not good enough, as we were tired and keen to shower and relax. We also wanted to get out and see KL in the day light, and this wasted our time.

The staff gave us complimentary drinks, but just left us sitting in the bar, so we weren't sure if the room was still not ready etc...?!?

On a similar note, our room was not made up each day until about 4pm. This was a bit annoying, as we went back to the hotel to relax, but then had staff at the door wanting to make up our room. I believe 12-1pm should be the latest rooms are being made up.

No complaints other than this though!

The location is good. It's near the attractions (Twin tower and Bukit Bintang) around 5mins walk and it's also near the skyway train. But the street from the skyway to the hotel is quite dark at night, i think it's okay if u dont walk alone.

1) Surprised that the hotel ran out of the 1 and 2 hours wireless charge card and the receptionist had the cheek to ask me to purchase the 24 hours charge card when she knew I was checking out in 2 hours time.

WE had a very enjoyable stay in the Hydro Novotel, Kuala Lumpur. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great value for money and the beds were extremely comfortable. My husband didn't snore while we there so we both slept well every night.
The hotel is within easy walking distance of the central shopping region but just off it so that traffic noise is not a problem. Crossing the street to the hotel can be a bit difficult at times but taxi access is simple.
During our stay, housekeeping seemed to be having a little trouble with their staff but the supervision was good to ensure all linen was changed as required. The rooms were well cleaned at all times.

would have been better if the refrigerator is stocked,work up one night thirsty for a beer and cannot find any. do look after maintenance. your shower bracket is loose. check-in, coffee hse and housekeeping staff are pleasant.
