This was our 20th Wedding Anniversary celebration as stated on my internet booking. We received no complimentry champange as we have at other hotels, there was no special packages showing when I booked and was not told about any when I confirmed our reservations via the phone. We discovered in our room a Wine Package available for around the same price we paid that included breakfast and complimentry wine. When we checked in there was two rooms reserved for us not one as requested. Overall we were disappointed with the lack of customer service provided as we have stayed in other motels within the area and received much better service. For a king size room we thought it was rather on the small side.

No view since the room was overlooking the hotel atrium. Rooms overlooking the street may be better in this respect.

This was a return visit to this hotel, based upon its central location Quiet and secure feeling

Thought there could be increased security on luggage that is left at the desk for a period.

we received an upgrade so stayed in a delux double room

The decor is looking a little dated, particularly the vanity unit but was all very clean

the pillows in my room were awful - woke up with a most painful neck! but otherwise my stay was good.
