We feel that this is not normal, and that we should have been told of this charge at check-in, and offered daily room cleaning as an option. I have not encountered this charge anywhere else. a newly-renovated room - very good

The access route to the swimmming pool is awkward and back of house No hotel information booklet available

These should be displayed somewhere without having to enter the restaurant first. Please to be given room upgrade on arrival. Overly complicated switch system for room lights. No tariff for minibar. No access to balcony. More info on restaurant/breakfast tariffs should have been provided in room or at least somewhere. Internet access 3 simple steps -nonsense. Far more info on required settings changes should be given.

You have to change the lifts to approach the rooms which is inconvinient. I couldnt find the pool the view was good but i would prefer a small window that can be opened for some fresh air ..

We were always greeted with a smile. Great view, complementary bottle of water was a nice touch. Lighting very good. The bathroom floor is an ersatz marble which can be slippery when wet, but flip flops were provided.
