This hotel is badly in need of maitenance if it is to survive. I will never stay in this hotel again and i will advise all my business colleagues not to stay at this hotel. Overall it was a bad experience.

Excellent room. Public areas lacking in anbience and warmth.

Also, the toiletries bottles very difficult to open, is it due to cost cutting?? Overall I find service at your hotel unfriendly except for reception. But bed & ambience is very good.
