I booked for my paretnts to stay in Singapore.Although I haven't stayed, I think that service and location are good. I would appreciate it if breakfast is included.

Overall the staff were very courteous and helpful. In particular I would praise the girls who manned the Accor help desk - they attended to our needs for booking tours with Tour East extremely efficiently. However, we were initially surprised and taken aback when the Reception staff had no knowledge of Tour East!

The location at the recently developed Clarke Quay is particularly good. Some superb restaurants there.

There is one major failing that will impact other people's considerations: there is now a night club situated in the warehouses immediately adjacent to the hotel - which is open on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, until 5 o'clock in the morning. The incessant sound of the "music" kept us awake throughout. Earplugs are essential!

Close to entertainment area and convenient to take a stroll for relaxation.:)

Novotel hotel in Singapore has the folowing plus points

1. Excellent location/ river side view.
2. Courteous staff
3. Having all facilities
4. Food is excellent

I would recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues. During my next visit , definitely i would prefer to stay in this hotel only.

Hotel was nicely located, it is easy to access by MRT and Clarke Quay area itself is good place to visit too, but the problem was the noise. We stayed on Friday night and the noise coming from the Clarke Quay area continued till early morning and it was quite loud. The noise was maybe only on weekend. Otherwise, we liked the hotel very much as a whole.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location close to the river, restaurants and night life. Breakfasts are excellent with a wide range of foods available to suit all tastes. A team of chefs is on hand to cook eggs and omelettes as requested. Service is efficient, friendly and unobtrusive.

My husband had informed the hotel that our day of arrival was also my birthday. We had only been in our hotel room two minutes before there was a knock at the door, and room service had delivered a wonderful chocolate cake, with the hotel's compliments!

It is touches like this that ensure that we come back to the Novotel whenever we come through Singapore.

Friendly staff and excellent location. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Singapore.

Not proper in Shuttle Bus.

i don't like they would not let me have late check out to 2:00pm. Other hotels will. So, this is big part of my decision making in chosing hotel for business stay

Room was very large and extremely clean.

Comments as above I got a room on the lower floors, i had specifically requested a room on the upper floors, i could hear all the noise from people watching the world cup at clarke quay, so i did not sleep, although my room was changed the next day, the satelite TV was not functioning well and the automating lighting system kept on switching on and off. This hotel is badly in need of maitenance if it is to survive. I will never stay in this hotel again and i will advise all my business colleagues not to stay at this hotel. Overall it was a bad experience.

Gym facility inadequate Room is good.

Reception staff can be a bit more pleasant - too business like Pleasant

Excellent location and good value for money. Excellent room. Public areas lacking in anbience and warmth.

Asked for extra towels but was told need to do a 1-1 exchange why the rigid regulations??? Also, the toiletries bottles very difficult to open, is it due to cost cutting?? Overall I find service at your hotel unfriendly except for reception. But bed & ambience is very good.
