Right from the start we were looked after. Every service was delivered with care. Would love to come back to Hong Kong and stay in this same hotel. Room was very good. Food in the restaurant was excellent. The smorgasbord is soo big. We chose the individual meal instead and that was great. Many love the smorgasbord - it had so much variety. Lots of other services are close including the railway to Hong Kong and good shopping. Thanks

If you are passing through Hong Kong and are looking for a close-to-the airport stopover, I recommend the Novotel Citygate. A very impressive, accessible hotel, and only 30 minutes by train to the city. Rooms are modern, well appointed, big shopping mall alongside, near the Tuing Chung cable car as well.

The staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly.
The location is convenient to the airport but a little removed from the town.
The drinks, service and food were all of a high quality

We stayed here as a 2 night stopover. It was quite expensive, but it was important for us to be next to the airport for an early morning departure.
The hotel was connected to a tube station and outlet shopping, which was excellent.

Gym was very well equipped with a great modern ambience. Staff on the executive floor were friendly and helpful. Was very convenient to have a power adaptor in room. Room decor very good/stylish. Room service was very slow. The person who took the order did not understand that I wanted fresh milk for tea - it took over 35mins for milk to be delivered.Person who delivered milk was very friendly.

It was great to get access when we arrived so early in the morning

We arrived very early (08.00)and were given a room immediately. Having been on a flight for 13 hours this was fantastic. We were upgraded on arrival to find ourselves in a well designed and contemporary room which was amounst the best I've stayed in.

Room was overly small, with no comfortable seating - eg lounge chair, no milk provided for tea or coffee

Please note that I was overcharged for 2 extra nights on my Diners Card by Holiday City - I have raised this issue with your Mr Chin Yew Meng!!! Room very comfortable and clean - and non-smoking as requested.
