Handy location close to central railway station (short walk) for travel to and from airport and concert at entertainment centre. Clean well appointed rooms, friendly staff in all areas of hotel. Handy to central city shopping areas and restaurants. Will stay again.

I accidently left my phone charger in the room when I checked out. I phoned the Novotel the next day to ask if they would post it to me, which they said they would but only COD ! Considering the amount of money I spent over 2 nights I feel that to do that was excessive ! I would now consider staying next ddor for further visits to the city.

I stayed as I needed a place near CBD and having never been to Brisbane also close to transport links. This hotel is perfect being about a 3 minutes walk from Central Station.

Staff were friendly, courteous and smiling which means a lot when your tired or lost in a new country. Special thanks to them.

Hotel is clean, great food on offer, spacious and nice views of Brisbane city, if cities are your thing.

Gym was pretty good, pool more than adequate and I'd definitely recommend to others. Perfect for business and also a good choice for travellers (obviously not budget ones), couples, families.

Hotel in a great location, across road from train station and an easy walk to mall. Whilst staff weren't overly friendly, the amenities were good, and beds very comfortable.room was clean.

I would definitely return to this hotel when in Brisbane. Great place, service and location at a reasonable price! Room with some view of Brisbane city.

I would stay here again. The staff are very friendly and efficient and the hotel centrally located. The room was excellent - very well lit with a good array of facilities.

I left this hotel and checked into another due to the poor quality of this hotel Heavy smoke smell, very small, even though I lost money, I did not stay at this hotel.

Drive way service on arrival is poor and the food outlet is not up to the standard suggested by the price. Fairly cramped. This is a good hotel but certainly not one I really enjoy.

Breakfast selection is rather limited, and service at the restaurant was poor.

DISSAPPOINTED THAT WHEN THERE HAD BEEN A MIX UP WITH OUR BOOKING, AND WE HAD TO PAY FOR A NO SHOW, WE DID NOT GET A BETTER RATE FOR THE NEXT NIGHT. BECAUSE OF THAT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.
