The locality which is adjacent to the 1Borneo shopping mall is good for shopper. The shuttle bus to Kota Kinabalu town is a good idea, however, the driver should be more punctual (the travel schedule shoudnt delay so long) Overall I would recommend the Novotel to my friends and relatives.
