You have to keep shut the windows. But the hotel-location itself is a bit a pleasant island. But worth to explore are the surroundings, is the neighbourhood 200 m west (via Fullerton Str) Capilano-River with a nice footpath straight to the sea and the seawalk of West-Vancouver.
