Fantastic location close to Louvre Musee, Open Tour Bus stop, Pyramid train stop, good food and entertainment. Rooms are older in vintage but ours was very comfortable and spacious. Reminded me of an older hotel we stayed at in New Orleans! Room heating was very warm (they provided a good fan)- but when we contacted the front desk, heat was turned down to a very comfortable level! Staff so willing to help in both French and English! Had a slight problem with bathroom door closing - but it was fixed right after they were alerted. Unfortunately, outside renovations were in process and our windows were covered with thick plastic so they would not open. Would have loved the view down a typical Parisian street! We found it to be good value for money and would definitely return. Travelers from Boston MA and Sydney Australia

Very convenient location. Staff helpful and room ready on arrival at 9am. Room was clean and pleasantly surprised with the large room and a lounge sitting area. An older hotel but one with character

The hotel was HOT. The moment you opened the door you were hit with a wave of hot air. Also, paint fumes on our floor..but our room had pealing ceilings and rotting wood window doors/sills. A 4 star hotel should have glasses not plastic cups, a corkscrew and other ammenities
