This Hotel is in need of refurbishment. The beds are very uncomfortable and have blankets on and some kind of waterproof cover on the mattress which was awful. The TV is tiny with no remote and bathroom tiny and old. the floors were also very creaky and anyone walking around above can be heard. It is in a good location and the staff were courteous and helpful. I would not stay here again.

Convenient to Paddington Stn and 4 Tube lines as well as direct links to Heathrow airport. Coffee-&-tea-making facility in room is excellent. Single disappointment this time (my 5th) is that I did not get a safety-deposit box as I expected from Norfolk Plaza which indicates these are available.

Considering how expensive safe accomodation in London can be, Norfolk Plaza is very good for all it offers. Coffee-making facilities and refrigerator in the room make a big difference. Location is exceptional, just a 1+ blocks from Paddington Stn from where it's a straight shot to Heathrow. Additionally, 4 Underground lines go through Paddington. An internet cafe 1/2-a-block away is convenient. Nicoletta & Sophien at Reception are THE BEST!

The hotel gives value for money. The only disappointment was the heating system. We had to tell the staff twice that our room was cold before the heating started to work properly.

We found the hotel to be so convenient to rail services - straight in from Heathrow - fantastic. We don't eat in hotels as a rule so cannot comment on the food. Loved the quiet location, found wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely recommend it to others. And by the way the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Brought my two teenagers to London for an overnight before they went back to school. took the tube from Heathrow changed at Earls Court to Paddington...very direct. Hotel location perfect for all the sights, We hopped on the Big Bus open top bus at the end of the road. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Also very efficient. Room for three was perfect. Clean and good shower. better pillows would have been nice. Overall very good value for money. Enjoyed our short stay. Will go back for longer.

Upon arrival I was greeted in a professional and pleasnt manor. Even though I refused--I was offered assistance with my luggage. Upon arrival I was upgraded to a Suite. When I opened that door...Everything seemed aglow and I swear that I could hear the Vienna Boys Choir welcoming in. The room/space was more than I expected.

The bed was good but a bit small, but i had a good night sleep.

My luggage, which I had left with reception prior to checking in, was mislaid and took some time to locate. The shower in the ensuite bathroom was out of order, so I had to use the bathroom across the landing. I was woken up in the middle of the night by a fire alarm two nights in a row. I consequently made the decision to curtail my stay. The room was clean, but quite small.
