Hotel location perfect for all the sights, We hopped on the Big Bus open top bus at the end of the road. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Also very efficient. Room for three was perfect. Clean and good shower. better pillows would have been nice. Overall very good value for money. Enjoyed our short stay. Will go back for longer.

Even though I refused--I was offered assistance with my luggage. Upon arrival I was upgraded to a Suite. When I opened that door...Everything seemed aglow and I swear that I could hear the Vienna Boys Choir welcoming in. The room/space was more than I expected.

The shower in the ensuite bathroom was out of order, so I had to use the bathroom across the landing. I was woken up in the middle of the night by a fire alarm two nights in a row. I consequently made the decision to curtail my stay. The room was clean, but quite small.
