The room that the tops of slope, the surrounding grasses behind the room need to cut down and maintain as mosquitoes breeding will happen on and off. I stayed at room 47 very bad suitation. I don't mind about the inside of room as it was ok except the outside. The water pressure too low.

Very relaxing and good prices on food and alcohol compared to other hotels on the island. Cabana style...good size.

I was very impressed with Mayang Sari.SUPERB complex. sometimes the flush handle of the toilet did not work properly.pieces of string were used as a temperary solution.Rectifying small items like these would help your resorts greatly.On behalf of myself and my family i would like to thank you and your staff for a wonderful time we had at Mana Mana.I will be returning in the next year or two.REGARDS Hugh O Reilly.

could have waterboiler, and fridge is not strong.

The reception area close at 11 pm and the staff goes home. Was told that there'll be some security personnels around, but when I ask for the security contact no. in case of some emergencies, was told that there isn't one. I helps to have a dresser table with mirror in the room. the only mirror is in the bathroom.

the staff who check in in said that i can take hot water from teh bar as long as i have a container so i approach the bar and w my empty cup noodle container to ask for hot water. he said no we don't provide hot water. what is this? there is no communications between the resort staff at all and the service attitude of the bar man was really incorrigible. just because of him i am 100% sure that i will not be choosing mana mana again for my next stay as i am a regular leisure traveller to bintan. i rather pay more to get the service i want. the place is not so important but service is very very important. really hope that this will be shown to the management of mana mana resort and do something about it. please at least provide kettle just a small one will do so that we can boil water for our own purposes

Although there weren't so many facilities at Mana Mana, there were resorts nearby with more facilities that we could use. The bed linen was clean, but it was quite old.

In an island full of coconut trees, I couldn't find a place which would sell me a coconut drink. The air-con was noisy.

service very good ,and people very friendly. could do with a little upgrading, and more beach loungers. small double bed , but reflected in the price .kept clean and tidy more very good more information should be given about the actual sizes and differen types of cabanas, example decking ,locations, high ,low, lake facing.but generally good.

we have switched from other hotels to Mana Mana due to its smaller size, and friendly staff. It has a more relaxed and friendly atmosphere we have stayed at Mana Mana several times and the room is always clean, and always made up early in the day

Service person in check-in counter is not so good. Other's are great. Bathroom need to improve.

Furniture and fittings, IE. restaurant tables, chairs and beach chairs starting to show there age. Accommadation was very basic but pleasant and we are sure we will be back. If it is at all possible coffee and tea making facilities in the room would be nice to wake up to in the morning.

Beach in front of hotel was dirty and not well kept. Garbage mixed with seaweed was left on the beach. Beach front next door was well maintained.That is the primary cause of our dissatisfaction ceiling fan was very noisy

Rooms could have phones and room service.

The bar is quite expensive. Corkage is astronomical. Felt it strange that we could not order restaurant food and eat in bar area. Room only had one cup, no towels. We were then accused of taking them when we went to pay. Could have been managed better...
