not bad, close to nature but too far & no view, only can see trees

The facilities are basic - no swimming pools or spas. However, the beach is right there (some occasional corals and small fish to the left/right of the bay), and one could arrange an in-room massage through a legitimate outfit in the Pasar Oleh Oleh. The breakfast is basic but adequate - bread, fruits, cereals and some fried rice/noodles. The prices are okay: S$8-15 for entrees/big salads. The only complaint is that when it rains puddles form along the main walkways. Reasonably clean and comfortable. Staff is eager to help. There is no water kettle in room, but they do give you two free bottles of water in the fridge. There are a couple of rattan chairs and a day bed/sofa as well. The convenience to the water sport center (jetskis, windsurfing, surf boards, banana boats, snorkeling outings, kayaks & lasers etc) is unparalleled. Air-con takes some time to work but is cold enough once it does.

The service was better about 5 years ago when we use to come there 3 times a year

Perhaps the hotel may provide ,with each new stay, a new slab of electrical triggered mosquito repellent. The pressure of the shower was on the low side so it takes a longer time to bath. However I really like to day bed.

Excellent place for water sports. Very basic rooms, but adequate especially if you intend to spend most of your time on the beach. The 2 bottles of water provided are just sufficient, but a kettle to boil the water was sorely missed. Food choices limited, it would be better if, like the Laguna resorts in Phuket, the shuttle bus service between resorts were free.

WE THOUGHT THE HOTEL WAS LOVELY AND PEACEFUL-ROOFS OF DINING AREA NEED REDOING. MATTRESS NEEDS TO BE SOFTER-HIPS A RE BRUISED. ALSO WARM WATER FOR SHOWER A MUST.

The variety of food should be increased.Further, access to internet should be made available Very clean and hygenic.Rooms should be provided with water boiler and tea/coffee tray so

Internal shuttle ciuld be less confusing. The shower fixture could be more secure. Also provide extra blanket.

There was not enough chairs on the beach. Stuff didn't help to solve the problem. There is no shuttle to another Bintan hotels. A fan was working very noisy. There was a smell in the room. Towels were very old.

ManaMana is just what it claims to be. A cheaper option for accomodation at a lovely beach site with plenty of water activities for those interested in that sort of thing. Also for those wanting a quiet holiday just relaxing in lovely surroundings it is ideal. If you are looking for excitement you may be disappointed. Pleasant staff and basic but adequate sleeping quarters.

The staff are great really friendly and helpfull,we had friends staying with us from the UK and they had a great few days at Mana Mana also the food was good and the portions good and the beers and cocktails nice and cold Rooms are great considering the price,but they are a bit tired and a few repairs and a lick of paint would not go amiss

Staff are inflexible, especially those at the restaurant. Food taste awful. Beach is dirty.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant almost on the beach is very pleasant. The beach sports team have a wide range of activities and are always ready to avoid you getting bored. Charming, confortable and clean little bungalow. Only problem is that TV channels reception is not very clear.

Overall it has all the basic things,it is better if they can provide a water kettle to boil water.
