Like hotels food and breakfast, so delicious. also all staff are very good. Like their attitude. Don't like at night, slight scared, coz there are only few lights going to cabanas. Not satisfied in the bathroom coz water flows from the shower is too small amount only. There is centipede comes out from the hole of bathroom's floor. On the otherhand I'm not regret my stay in hotel. Like the place, beach are clean. people friendly. wi-fi good.

We were at the Beach Club (Mana Mana) for the 3rd time. In general we love to stay there for the quiteness and the lovely beach. We were shocked by the structure of the concrete stage just in the sea and the beach. Incredible how this ruins the view and the genuity of the scene. You should try to find a way to demolish and safe this beach for the next generation. It's tasteless and shocking how people can create with the best intention and yet destroy a natural setting. For the restaurant it should be appreciated that for breakfast fresh bread could be provided. Nevertheless we would come back with great pleasure. At checking in we mostly have problems with the availability of rooms with a dubble deck in spite of the fact that we had made the reservation explicitely.

On arrival my friend and I decided to change to the Nirwana Gardens Hotel simply because of the convenient transport that was layed on by the Ria Bintan Golf Tournament, it just made sence to stay there. Not realy a lot to say about the hotel other than I would reccomend it to anyone who wanted to stay in that area. Excellent food, excellent facilities, great staff and very helpful. I am looking at going to play golf again in Bintan and will be staying at the same resort

I'm satisfied with the service of Mana Mana There is only one cup in the room but we are two persons, it's a little bit inconvenient,the others are good.

The watersports counter opens till 4.30pm only which is a bit early. Water pressure could have been stronger for shower. There should be a hot water kettle for using in the room.

The tranquility of the hotel will attract tourists who are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the sea view. The cleanliness of the room was well maintained by the staff and its very cosy.

Pls provide a FREE transport from the ferry terminal to the hotel. There are no telephone, in house catering and kettle inside the room.

Insects can be find inside the room. I was awake by some weired noise and I was shocked to a huge lizard in my room running around.

I liked the people working ther, they were really pleasant. There were also alot of activities at the beach. But it closed a too early at night. The bed was too short, and it smelled a little confined. But my overall impression was very good.

Please amend a cleanliness in bathroom area.

My friends and I were very put off and upset about staff response to requests for hot water. It is a basic necessity and should be made known to potential guests that hot water is not readily provided except for children and for medication. Very disappointing! The hotel complex is fine. The gardens are well looked after. The rooms are simple but nicely furnished.

Small but cosy. Despite aged it is well kept.

I had booked a birthday cake for my fiance as a surprise. Thus, the surprise was ruined by the staff. They didn't know about the cake even I did ask another person from the staff to inform the restaurant members. After long long waiting we did get a cake with a nice song song my the staff. The room was nice and large. The shower wasn't too good.

coconut not cut so that my infant almost got one on his head. Hotel management declines cutting coconut although it is very dangerous for hotel guests. Dirt below beds & cupboards

people beach-loving and playing on the beach all-day likely to be happy overall-looking was good. but, foul-smell and broken facility and no phone in the room made me unhappy being in the room
