Nice outlook and clean hotel with standard room amenities. The food for breakfast is simple yet satisfying. Thumbs up for such a budget hotel. I will come back for more.

Overall, the hotel meet my expectation. The location not too far from the heart of the city. The room is comfortable & accomodate me. Equip with the Wifi facilities - it very satisfy me. The breakfast - it is good to have more variety meals i.e. cereals, cut fruits, etc.

The Hotel was clean and only a short 5 min drive from the centre of the old town of Malacca. The breakfast we didn't enjoy as there was not much to choose from in the way of Western food, although the cups of tea and the toast with peanut butter was good. The hotel rooms were extremely small with no fridge or coffee making facilities. TV was good and the bed very comfortable and the room very clean. The hotel should allocate smoking and non smoking rooms because I think we were in a room where perhaps previous travellers smoked. The smell dies away eventually, however initially not very nice. My stay in this hotel met my expectation. The triple room iis comfortable and of an average size. Breakfast is extra charge, but also excellent for the value of money we paid for the hotel.
The hotel is equipped with wi-fi that made my family was easy to get info from internet. The connection was very good.
The location is quite in a walking distance to the shopping mall, restaurants.
I and my family felt happy with service. the staff courteous and helpful. Ready to answer any question and information.

My children mention, if we return back to Malacca again, we will stay in hotel Ninety Six again.

Hotel Ninety-Six more than exceeded our (9 of us) expectations in terms of cleanliness, ambience and staff courtesy. The buffet breakfast was good too - array of foods and good tastes

Perhaps the hotel being 4 months old plays a big reason for our pleasant surprises.

It's truly value for money and we will not hesitate to recommend this hotel stay to any of our friends in future. Also, we will definitely be back staying in this hotel again if we visit Malacca.
