The staff from fron desk to the housekeeping, the oakroom staff and the bell boys/girls are courtesy and helpful in term of the service. I would rate the services given is excellence. Would stayhere again for my next visits. The only problem is the entrance of the hotels is at the back and sometimes due to traffic congestions just to reach the back alley alone will be horryfying. But all is compensate when u enter the hotel.

We were charged so much higher than what is quoted by Holiday City. After much arguing with the Hotel Manager, they decided to give in at the rate quoted. Room air con not funtioning. No hair dryer in room. Housekeeping service is very very slow. The kettle is out-dated and difficult to handle...
