We found the rooms very spacious and comfortable.

The service was patronising at times.

My wife and I are used to a king-size bed so it took a while to get used to the smaller bed. Otherwise things were fine.

Bedroom heater not working, no extra blankets provided, bathroom extract fan not working ( no other ventilation)TV remote control not working.
