Room smelt

Very pleasant and warm.

It is very conveniently located. However, the service provided by the staff is not consistent. It depends on who is serving. May be helpful to remind the staff to look more pleasant and cheerful and to appear that they are enjoying their work. The beds are too soft to sleep on. They feel very used. The TV is not in good working condition.

The two bedroom option was great four a family and the location was perfect.

Most friendly and helpful staff on reception. A most attractive cofortable room.Bathroom excellent.

The decor was a bit 'tired' but otherwise fine. Weather was cold, so would have appreciated an electric blanket on the bed.

Some staff had excellent English but others were very poor. Would still recommend this hotel because of the location, and quiet in the evening and night times.

We found all staff to be friendly and helpful The room seemed to be sparse, but as it was extremely clean and comfy that was overlooked.

ome Pictures on the Walls would have made it more "cosy"

I TRIED TO IRON A SHIRT BUT IT WAS RUINED BY A DIRTY IRON, I TOLD THE DESK AND SEEMED THEY DID NOT CARE. I AM PLEASED I HAD ANOTHER BLOUSE TO WEAR ON MY FLIGHT TO LOS ANGELES. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ROOM DUE TO SIZE AND CARPET WAS NOT CLEAN. BED WAS TWO SINGLES PUT TOGETHER WHICH MADE FOR RESTLESS NIGHT. THE VIEW WAS INTO AN OFFICE BUILDING. ROOM WAS VERY PLAIN AND BADLY NEEDS UPDATING.

Very noisy (street noise) minimal-few towels, minimal soap, no lotion, shampoo, etc

We would have enjoyed having the TV in the bedroom as the little couch in the front room was very uncomfortable.

The atmosphere was a bit dreary.

the dryers in the laundry rooms were not the best. We tried two and ended up hanging the clothes in the room to finally dry.
