There was no outside view from our room
There was only one chair to sit on, in the room
The sharp angle in the shower must make cleaning a real problem
Glass tiles used for the floor are broken - what else could you expect!
Tea cups had no handles - perhaps they should be chosen depending on the guests country of origin
The bath was good
The staff were excellent in the service they provided - maybe a PC with internrt connection, for the guests, would have relieved the staff of some work
The location close to a food hall, train station and china town was excellent.

Since the hotel has different style/design in each room, it would be nice if they provide the complete details/pictures of each room in their website, so guest can decide which room to reserve whenever possible (not fully booked).
