Room service was slow. We ordered food, extra beddings on the first day of arrival. Both items took more than an hour to arrive and food was actually delivered to the wrong room. Hair dryer was fused when we use it and ordered thru' housekeeping and again another hour had gone without any response. Have to call housekeeping again and was told that there were too many similar complaints therefore no more stock of hair-dryers. Mattress and pillows needed to be replaced - mattress was sunken in the centre, extra bedding mattress was so thin and dirty. Quilt and pillow cases were stained. The only plus thing is the breakfast - a decent spread of food . Will not consider using this hotel ever again.

Overall is good, the room is big, all the necesarry item ready. But one thing to comment is the bed is not comfort, meaning to say the bed will move when you sleep, at the bottom of the bed got the roller, i found that the roller is not able to lock hence will cause the bed move when you asleep. I suggest the hotel management should look into it and make better improvement.

The room is good for the price paid for. It was clean and most of the items are in place and in order. However, the staff at the cafe during our breakfast are not up to mark perhaps it was on Hari Raya Haji. On the second day, it was better as a spuervisor in tie was around. He was very helpful, smiling and very courteous. Food in the cafe can be better. Overall, value for money. Thanks, Richard
