We chose this hotel for its location, which is excellent. It was a pleasant surprise to see how the entire Paddington area has been spruced up recently. The Nayland with its bright flower boxes and freshly painted look was very welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fine and the room was clean and bright. We were travelling with two young children and the hotel worked out very well for them. We will likely stay there again and would recommend it to others.
