My wife & I like the location of the hotel. It's proximity to local transportaion & eating places all of which are within 5-8 minutes walking distance is a great plus. The staff at the hotel provided excellent service. I had to leave for Guangzhou for about 4 days and my left luggage was kept for me without so much as any questions asked. Kudos to the Concierge! If the price was right we would probably consider staying there again on our next visit! Perhaps we have to change our itinerary so that it is not during the peak season when HK hosts several trade shows. Overall observation - we had a pleasant stay free of lots of hassle.

We stayed 2 weeks in a room that was excellent. Stayed on 9th floor .Room size was large and very clean.Bathroom was superb.Certainly up to Australian standards. Lounge facilities provided a room which was great, free internet access , free drinks, library of good reading material, 2 computers that we could always get to. The service was quick whenever we made requests. Staff very friendly and helpful. Located close to MTR, markets and harbour.Breakfast was kept varied and was good value. Other meals eaten out were cheap. We were able to adjust room temperature to suit us, facilities new and in good working order.

Very helpful and efficient staff. Hotel is in a convenient location in Kowloon with a free shuttle bus link both ways to Kowloon MRT station The room was large and well air-conditioned to the point where we turned it off both to save power and for comfort. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and couteous. Nothing was a concern for them. They arranged my transport the next morning and provided the address in Chinese charaacters.

The central location to the shopping area is an advantage.

The foood for breakfast was sufficient but lacked variety.
