Mutiara Taman Negara Resort is situated in a 15-acre jungle sanctuary at Pahang's National Park and 69km away from Kuala Tembeling Jetty by riverboat. One of the world's oldest tropical rainforests. It offers an undisturbed diversity of plant and animal life.
Getting There
By bus and boat :
A coach departs daily at 8:30am from Main Lobby Hotel Istana and at 8.45am from Lower Lobby, Crowne Plaza Mutiara, Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Tembeling Jetty. From here, a boat ride will take you to Mutiara Taman Negara Resort. The return coach departs at 12:30pm daily and arrives at approximately 3:30pm.
Self-drive :
From East Coast Expressway, exit at Temerloh and proceed to Jerantut town. You will reach a T-junction. Here, visitors have a choice of continuing the journey by boat ( turn left to Kuala Tembeling Jetty -16km) or to drive up to the resort ( turn right to Kuala Tahan -75km). The journey is 3 and half hours from Kuala Lumpur.
