roomy, well furnished, good work space

Staff are cheerful and greeted guest very readily. Bathroom floor gets wet everytime we shower, water gets out through the gap of door!

We only ate one breakfast in the Club Lounge as there was only a limited choice of hot food(the scrambled eggs were almost cold)We ate downstairs. First rate pillows on the bed.

Only problem I had was that there were building works during the day which was extremely noisy. Apart from that the hotel was brilliant.

This is my 1st time staying and by far the facility is great !

More child facilities should be arranged. Eg. Kids club and small pool area. A transit room for people who checkout early, with couches and Tv etc should be available for those who have a late flight and family accompany. The room size and bed could be larger.

versatile open concept bathroom is great for loving couples. The rainforest shower is very refreshing though it must be utilising a lot of water.

Generally impressed with the room. Only thing that is lack is the toothpaste. For a 5 stars hotel, they should somehow provide that. Anyway, overall, very comfortable hotel.

the Hotel was one of the best I stayed in in South east asia! Big praise for the hotel! Especially the bathroom was really nice!

First of all the service was excellent. Smiles and happy faces everywhere. The location was great. In the middle of the Golden Triangle area you could walk about 10 mins to get to KLCC or Bukit Bintang where mostly of the shopping is. If you have to take a taxi its only about 3-5 RM to KLCC and Bukit Bintang. I think that for the price we paid for this hotel we really made a great deal. Great value for money. You won't regret staying here I promise you. The room was absolutely perfect with nice view over the city. The bathroom was exquisite. With a huge bathtub and a sexy shower I wish I could stay there for the rest of my life.

Would definitely recommend the executive floors as the check-in and lounge facility was a real plus. The room was extremely well appointed and spotlessly clean. The bathroom, in particular, was very nice.

The temperature of the room is too cold though we adjust the temperature to 30 degree celcius.

-Request for early check-in was noted due to early arrival (very much appreciated) -It would be better if there were more channels for television viewing.

The services provided at the coffee house were excellent. I booked for 2 pax but only have one bath robe.

The room is great. But we are disappointed with the breakfast and High-Tea.
