This is a really nice hotel with a fantastic location. It is within walking distance to several shopping malls with the monorail right at its doorstep. The room is large and well kept.

Amenities in the hotel was lacking- there was no bathrobes and bedroom slippers.A 3rd call had to be made before i could get a pari of slippers.

A good quality hotel with great food and service. If only the front desk staff were as good as the rest.

The room service food could be improved. I had chicken with rice for one of the meals and I think many of the hawker stalls could have made it better.

The other restaurant - the one that served indian food is good.

The room was lovely, and the bathroom/bedroom connection was a pleasant surprise. However, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and we woke up with stiff bodies after a night of uncomfortable sleep

Did not like the shutter/window arramgment from the bath room to the bed room

We had connecting rooms, the other one had quite bad tobacco smell.

The room is very well equipped and well maintained

Hotel is modern and relatively well-kept. What makes it appealing for us is that it has the ANGSANA SPA within the hotel complex. It is conveniently located across the Raja Chulan LRT station (1 stop away from Bukit Bintang Area). Room has a built-in bath and separate stand-along shower. Very cosy and spacious. Those rooms overlooking the Petronas twin towers have a better view.

Wide variety of breakfast, however, the long queue and the unavailability of in-room breakfast were not well received by the hotel guests. The room is spacious and the bathroom is clean and spacious too. One plus point is the wireless Internet access available in the room, making the hotel accessible for business travellers.
