Executive Floor

I stayed on the executive floor in November 2010. The room was very comfortable, although decorated a long time ago. The staff were all very professional, extremely polite and helpful at all times. The location is excellent, the hotel is being refurbished, I heard no noise at all, so I highly recommend this hotel. LJ from Australia

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, near harbour, with many shopping centers nearby and most importantly - very helful and courteous  staff.

Poor natural lighting so must keep electric lights on all day. with these lights on must keep curtain closed as people in office next to window can see everything happening in room.

Was not assisted with my luggage when I arrived at the hotel. The bell hop only took my bag out of the taxi and left it at the side. I had to lug it up the flight of stairs by myself. There were 2 other gentlemen (Staff) standing at the stairs but didnt help as well.
