The staff were very friendly and helpful I loved the sunroom area!

Not a great hotel - needs a makeover and is quite grotty (although the rooms were clean). There was no air-conditioning, which you need when the temperature is 38 degrees, and the hotel is right next to a noisy freeway. There was no way we could sit on our balcony next to all the traffic. We should have booked a four-star hotel in the city centre for the same price instead.

Reception opening time does not allow check-in before 7.30 a.m. Problem for those who arrive in Perth on very early moning flights. Pretty basic and quite well maintained.

The hotel has become run down. Some TLC would do wonders. When we were there, the toilet cistern overflowed, and took 2 days to fix. The electric frypan cord was faulty, and we never got that back. Bed was lumpy. The vertical blinds needed repairing. Check out time on the website says 12 o'clock, in reality it is 10 am.

Good position to reach central city on foot. Everything worked. The bed creaked and was not the most comfortable - managers should occasionally use this type of accommodation to test it all!

Lovely staff, very helpful. A bed lamp would have been nice. The fan light is very dull being 1 60w bulb for a large room.

location good and convenient. ok, for tired bodies after golf and just to sleeep.

should provide amenities maybe the room should be tidied, like vacuuming when we are out..so that we are not tired when we get back from our tours to a neat & tidy room

I really liked it! It was a real bargain for the price, with very clean and well equipped room and a free movie channel, plus SO CLOSE to the city!!!

when we arrieved it dident feel safe, the people who worked there were rude we checked out after the first nite and got charged$140 because we checked out late. we ended up getting a room at the grand chancellor for $90 a nite much beter value! would never stay at mountway apartments again and wouldnt recomend them to anyone! the room was dirty and stuffy with a funny smell the bathroom was filthy aswell as the balcony

Needs security bars on lower floors so windows can be safely left open. Need to close windows for security & traffic noise. So room was somewhat airless.

needed the cleaners to come round once in a blue moon, not after we left.Change of towels every other day and the bloody blinds to close propaly.

It's wasn't a hotel, but an apartment. We liked the apartment. Great view. Kind lady at reception.
