very convenient location. staff helpful and friendly. near to a main road so a bit noisy with the traffic but found the hotel good value for money.

Walking distance to the city centre and Kings Park make it a great location. Easy access via road or driving. Value for money.

A Great location though there was a lot of noise at night from the nearby expressway. The facilities we adequate though starting to show their age with a very small TV on the wall. Compared to other option in central Perth the apartments were economical. The biggest hassle was parking on site and a few time it was necessary to park on the road overnight! There were on a few night some noisy (maybe backpackers) in the apartments. Overall I would ocme back it was nice to have a small kitchen!

I attended a seminar in Perth and stayed in Mountways for 9 days. I went with my wife and son. The hotel is good enough and make my family comfort. The location is near with conference center. The amenities is complete enought for my family need, and help us saving the living cost. The important thing is the staf (indian guys) very helpful. I Will stay in this hotel if come back to perth.

no telephone access to reception to make enquiry on the facilities. office is also closed at night. Fan, bread toaster,bed, chairs in very old condition

The carpet in the room looks old and dull. There should be a peep-hole to see who is knocking on the door.

Needs upgrading Not as good as I expected.

I found the lack of dark curtains made sleep difficult at times. the sun seemed to rise at about 4am

better if provide 24 H food & snack counter (or machine) Less TV Chanel

Bathroom sink was leeking.

A Gym would be nice. Really appreciate the electric blanket.

I TAKE SOME BLAME ON MY PART FOR NOT CHECKING WITH FRIENDS IN PERTH. HOWEVER, MY TRIP WAS MEANT TO BE A SUPRISE. CERTAINTLY NOT A PLACE FOR FAMILY WITH YOUNG KIDS. I MOVED OUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER PAYING FOR ONE NIGHT STAY. IT WAS OLD, COLD AND DAMP...COULD NOT HEAR THE TV AS OUR ROOM WAS JUST METERS FROM THE HIGHWAY.

Hotel staff were always willing to help. Need to do something to your hotplates. They are not functioning well. And there is no chopping board, which is something essential in any kitchen.

Location - near city, very good. Next to freeway so quite noisy. Hardly any service.Parking lots limited so when you come back late, there are no more lots available. Room 201 was a much better room than the higher floor one which was given to us at first. Newer, cleaner and less noisy.
