The staff were all friendly, relaxed & helpful. The price was competitive & the hotel was close to Place De Clichy Metro station & was in a quiet street. The twin room was small but the shower was good.

We did not breakfast in the hotel so cannot comment on service but otherwise th staff were very helpful and friendly The water pressure for the shower/bath was very poor in both rooms. The room used for single use would have been small for two people.

The stopper in the sink didn't work, the shower holder was broken, one of the beds hadn't been made up, and there was rubbish in the bin. The rooms were stuffy so it was difficult to sleep.

Would benefit from directions on booking form (many local maps do not show Rue Lecluse) tea/coffee facilities would be good, plus better reception on TV. The door was draughty and from the 5th floor we could smell the concierge's all-night cigarettes
