I only had two problems. One is that the hotel was overheated and in teh basement conference room, unless the airconditioning was on (which then made it noisy) it was too hot. The other was that on Saturday when I had to leave early breakfst was not served till 7.30 am . It is my fault I did not notice and book room service- in fact the courteous staff gave me some breakfast in the lounge- so top marks all round. The room was very comfortable. I was pleased to be able to turn the heating off since it was too hot in the rest of teh hotel too, and to open the window. The linen was great, as weas the bed the lighting etc.

Beautiful hotel - drinks expensive but you expect that in London. Only thing I would say is I didnt realise that VAT was not included in the cost when I reserved the room - probably my fault for not reading the booking information properly. Absolutely lovely

Some of the gym equipment needs changing or repairing. I did complete a form in the hotel, it is not a complaint only a suggestion that they lower their water pressure. Hot water too hot at that speed.

Extremely quiet, superb location next to British Museum. Within easy reach of shopping and West End. bedrooms are rathersmall, but the suite makes up for that

This is a nice quiet small hotel that takes great pride in its services----everything about it is first class after I upgraded the size was satisfactory---original room small by US standards
