for help after office hours, residents must go down to the lobby area to get the caretaker's number. and then residents must pay for a local call (A$0.85) to contact the caretaker. there was a sharp nail point at the edge of the carpet next to the wardrobe. the nail was near the left panel of the wardrobe sliding door.
