Parking awkward. radio/music switch was either off or too loud. Wireless internet connection never worked.

The washroom was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast smorgasboard was out of this world.

Rooms with windows to street perfect,to the back and no view less attractive if staying there during daytime

We loved this hotel and would stay there again and would recommend it to others. The free washing powder and use of machines was excellent. The reception staff were also really good as we needed to get a padlock off a case and they provided tools on request!

We liked that the hotel had some 'old world' charm, but found it a bit challenging getting up and down the stairs to our room. We have a 4 month old baby, who was in his pram, and it wasn't easy manouvering through the lobby and up to the rooms. We liked the interesting layout of the rooms and how each one was slightly different.

laundry drier took three cycles to dry one load, front dest were very friendly but not too familiar with common tourist inquiries the renovated room was nicely done, i liked the swedist touches, very quiet, good beds, hot water, excellent air controls

They need space for car parks. Had to pay an extra $12 just for parking, thought it was included in stay

I stayed for week at this hotel and had very good time. Although the room was a little small and there was not view it si spotless and the decor very pleasant. The buffet breakfast is inculded in the price and is a very good value for the money. The staff were verypolite and the service at the restaurant was very efficient. There is a sports club right across the street and internet places almost everywhere. This hotel is located just one block from the main shopping mall.

The hotel is centrally located near Hay Street Mall. A lovely breakfast is included. The hotel was very quaint. However, there were lots of stairs, so may not be good for those with difficulty walking. The room was clean and comfortable, although a little small. We had a good night.

The restaurant is very good.Smorgasbord is delicious. Friendly staff. Only drawback is remembering to book for dinner before leaving restaurant after breakfast.
