Friendly helpfull staff, clean, quiet and comfortable room, breakfast fantastic. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Perth.

Small quaint lobby, fascinating lift,then wow lovely big generous room [everything works quietly] breakfast buffet style good quality, staff pleasant and responsive, liked location, all in all,a well run clean and efficient hotel. Must try, evening smorgsboard delicious. We will be back.

Friends recommended at stay here and it as well worth while. The room was immaculate. The Buffet dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were very good value for money. I would recommend a stay here.

Excellent breakfast.

The food was excellent. The room was nice and clean but a bit on the small size for anything other than a pass through. WE thought it was quite good value for money and it was very close to the centre of town. The hotel has a nice feel and the parking was great.

The staff were attentive and courteous; the hotel very conveniently located in the city center; the buffet breakfast lavish.
I would certainly recommend Miss Maud's to travellers.

Staff at hotel restaurant were generally friendly and helpful, but i do encounter a few blank faces at the hotel reception and they were not too helpful with queries. Having breakfast incl in the tariff was great, but the breakfast menu was totally unchanged and we were rather tired of having the same spread for 5 days straight. Room service standards could be improved as loose items on table were not tidied, and blanket was casually folded. Having bathroom slippers as amenities would have been a great plus as the bathroom floor was often cold. Generally the ambience of the hotel is great, location not bad too. For 3.5 star, the tariff is a little steep though. Neverthelss I managed to get the best rates from Holiday City!

Breakfast was great - the band at dinner was too intrusive. Pillows were uncomfortable- latext would be great - and my room (106) was very noisy. I would stay there again but request a different room.

One of the best breakfasts that we have experienced in a hotel, with wide choice and excellent quality.

The lack of a lounge or seating area was a bit of a disappointment. The room was well furnished and everything was available.

Buffet breakfast is a definite plus as is the discount for dinner for hotel guests. No unplesant surprises for a 3.5 star. Accomodation was small but fair for the price.

Breakfast was very good. So far the hotel is a good hotel except for the price and some minor problems. The hotel has several levels for a long walk to the room. Bathroom sink is too small. There were a lot of trouble with internet access.

Welcoming and efficient staff, and characterful decoration. A pleasant room, and the bathroom was particularly good - very clean and attractive.
