Hotel was undergoing renovation but this did not have any effect on the service at all.

I felt that the weekend rate was very high at $2125 which did not even include breakfast The room was excellent, but the aircon was noisy everytime it started up, and had to run for about 10 min before it quieted down.

I was told, at the time of booking online, that I would receive a newspaper for free each morning. I did not! I filled in the suggestion/complaint form for the manager, and received no reply.

We used the internet facilites a couple of times. The keyboard on one of them didn't work properly. Consequently it took longer to write emails which unfortuantely chewed into the time we were paying for. We had asked for a fold down bed for my daughter. It was incredibly uncomfortabe to sleep on.
