Room changed to our requirements 24 hours after our arrival and only after lengthy confrontation, spoiling the start of holiday. Quiet room away from lift requested on booking REFUSED. Room provided was tiny cramped dark and NOISY NEXT TO LIFT.

It was much smaller. It was also VERY noisy. We could hear people talking in thother rooms and walking up and down stairs all the time.
