Staff unhelpful with room request. Room changed to our requirements 24 hours after our arrival and only after lengthy confrontation, spoiling the start of holiday. Quiet room away from lift requested on booking REFUSED. Room provided was tiny cramped dark and NOISY NEXT TO LIFT.

The room did not look at all like the picture. It was much smaller. It was also VERY noisy. We could hear people talking in thother rooms and walking up and down stairs all the time.
